Bay Area BMXers had another great showing in November at the 21st Annual Grand Nationals in Tulsa, Oklahoma!

The event, which took place at Tulsa’s River Spirit Expo center, brought more than 3000 riders from every part of the United States and 20 other countries. This is the 19th time the competition has been held in Tulsa, which is the future headquarters of USA BMX.

According to event organizers, November’s race broke all previous records for attendance and participation. History was made when Alise Post Willoughby, an Olympic Silver medalist, claimed her 5th consecutive title for National #1 Women’s Pro and gained her 7th overall pro title to make a total of 11. She also set a new record by winning every main event she raced in a single season – something no male or female rider has ever accomplished.

Our Bay Area BMXers also had some great results!
